Shipping policy
Order Status
You can check the status of your order at any time by logging into your Lethe account, using the tracking link in your confirmation email, or through the Shop App powered by Shopify.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
If you do not receive this notification, please check your spam folder before contacting us at support@lethe.ca or via Live Chat.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
Please note that Lethe is not responsible for delays or damages caused during transit by postal carriers or customs agencies.
Pre-Order Shipping Policy
Some items at Lethe are offered as pre-orders. Pre-order pieces require additional production time and will ship within 2–3 weeks from the order date.
Processing & Shipping Timeline
- Pre-order items are not ready to ship at the time of purchase.
- Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items will be shipped together once all items are available. If you prefer to receive in-stock items sooner, please contact us.

Your selected shipping method applies after the package is dispatched, not from the purchase date.
Changes & Cancellations
- To request a change in size, colour, or shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes are subject to availability.
Returns & Exchanges
- Pre-order items follow our standard return policy, unless marked as final sale.

Please note that ongoing Canada Post service disruptions may affect deliveries to P.O. boxes or remote areas.
- Taxes & Duties
- Prices shown on our website exclude taxes.
Applicable sales tax and shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address. - All international orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP).
This means that all applicable import duties and taxes are calculated at checkout and prepaid—you will not be charged additional fees upon delivery. - Orders within Canada include GST/HST based on the destination province
- U.S. customers will see any applicable duties or state taxes automatically calculated at checkout.
- For all other countries, import duties and taxes appear as a separate line item at checkout, so the total displayed is the final amount you pay.
- *Please note: duties and taxes are non-refundable for international returns unless the item is received damaged or defective.
- Refused Shipments
- We take great care to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition.
If your package appears damaged upon arrival, please accept the delivery and contact support@lethe.ca so we can assist you. - If you refuse delivery of your order (or any part of it) without prior authorization, you will be responsible for all associated shipping charges and fees.
- Redirecting Orders
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect or modify the shipping address.
