Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to feel confident when shopping with Lethe. If something isn’t quite right, most items can be returned online or via curbside drop-off within 30 days of shipping for inspection.
If you’re ever unsure about sizing or fit, feel free to reach out to us before placing your order — we’re always happy to help.
Exchanges can be processed through curbside drop-off or by mailing back your return and placing a new order.
Shipping Fees
Original shipping fees are non-refundable for non-quality-related returns.
For non-quality-related returns (such as sizing or preference), customers are responsible for the $8 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from the refund.
If the return is due to a quality issue or an error on our part, we will cover all shipping costs and issue a full refund.
Return and Exchange Conditions
For all returns or exchanges, items must meet the following conditions:
- Items must not be washed, worn, or damaged.
- All original tags must be attached.
- A valid receipt must be presented.
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange except for quality issues:
- Sale items marked at 40% off or greater
- Intimates
How to Mail Back for Return or Exchange
- Log in to your account.
- Go to Order > Request Return.
- Select the item you wish to return.
- You will receive an email confirming your return request has been submitted.

Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled or modified before shipping. Please contact us for assistance.
